Time limit for returns
We offer a 3-day Return Policy for all customers. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered to you, as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
Reasons for returns
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Did not like the fit
- Did not like the quality
- Manufacturing defect
- Incomplete product
- Incorrect product
- Login to your FWB account and from the "My Account" menu, select "Order History". Find the order you have placed in the list and click the "Return" button. Here, if you are still eligible for a return, you can select the products you wish to return.
- We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will be processed only after we have collected the product(s). Please ensure that all tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks are intact.
- Once the reverse pickup is done and the products are checked on arrival - an immediate credit will be added to your account wallet. Please note, if your order did not qualify for free shipping, then the shipping amount will not be credited.
- You can use the amount credited to your wallet for any of your future purchases at FWB.
Several types of goods cannot be returned, like following:
- Gift cards, health and personal care items, paper jewellery, paper bags, paper lamps, soft toys, fabric lengths less than one metre.
- Goods on sale
Fashion with Benefits allows cancellation of an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Note: most orders are shipped the same day they are placed, or the morning after.
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please go to ‘My Orders’ after logging-in to your account and click on the "Cancel" button to begin the process. The refund will be credited back to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Can a confirmed order be cancelled by FWB?
While our team does its best to ensure that the products are available at all times, and that regular stock updates are done, there is still the possibility of your order being cancelled due to one or more of the below reasons:
- The product is rejected at our fulfilment centre due to bad quality.
- We are unable to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline as shown on the product information page.
- The product is out of stock.
- Our logistics partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location.
