No, your FWB wallet balance will not expire.

When you reach the checkout you will find 2 ways you can spend your FWB balance. If you have sufficient balance to cover the amount of your entire order, you can select it as your payment method. If your FWB wallet balance is less than the value of the order you will need to select a payment method other than your FWB Wallet but you can convert the wallet balance to a coupon and use that toward the payment.

FWB Points are a way for us to reward you for shopping with FWB. You earn points on every order valued over Rs.1000 and you can use these points toward payment for future orders.

Make sure you are logged in to your FWB account. When you reach the checkout you can assign your FWB Points toward the payment of your order. At the top of the checkout page you will find a place to choose how many points you want to spend.

Yes, your FWB Points will expire after 6 months. You can see your FWB Points balance and their expiry date under "My Points & Referrals" on your account page. You will be sent an email notifying you a few weeks before they expire.

Your FWB Points are not credited to your account until after the order has shipped. If you cancel your order or return it, the points will be deducted from your account.
